12 Green Bell Peppers, medium2 carrots shredded2 onions diced2 T Italian Sesoning1 Box Zatrains Dirty Rice Mix1 can red enchilada sauce, 8 oz1 can diced tomatoes with mild chilies, 14.5 oz1 can diced tomatoes,14.5 oz6 cloves garlic diced
cook carrots, onions, garlic medium heat until soft. Add ground turkey and Italian sesoning cook until done. Add both cans of diced tomatoes and simmer.
Slice tops off peppers, remove stems and pepper core. Place pepper tops in baking pan that has been sauced with the red enchilida sauce. Place the matching pepper on the top. Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 30 minutes.
