Meat, Mexican with Beans and Seasonings

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1.5 cups chopped onion3 cloves garlic, diced1 can drained black beans, low sodiumcumin and chile to taste
Directions
Brown ground beef.

Mix in onion and garlic. Cook 3-5 minutes until onion starts to carmelize.

Mix in beans and seasoning. Heat through.

Serve.
