Ingredients
1/2 cup uncooked wild rice1/2 cup quinoa1 cup uncooked brown or white rice32 oz Almond breeze unsweetened vanilla1/2 cup unpacked raisins or cranberries1/2 - 1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp salt
Directions
pour all ingredients into a rice cooker and push "cook".

    I had 2 cups of this for lunch with Silk creamer on it. It was about 500 cals and incredibly filling and satisfying.

    I bet you can find one relatively cheaply. I don't think we paid more than $30 for our Sanyo 16 (?) cupper.
