1 can garbanzo beans, drained and washed2 cloves of garlic (or to taste)4 Tblsp extra virgin olive oil1 Tblsp low fat sour cream1 oz lemon juicesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
serving size = 2 tablespoons

Mix all ingredients in food processor or blender until creamy.
