1 gallon non-fat milk1 cup Hershey's Cocoa2 cups Splenda1 teaspoon salt1-1/3 cups hot water
Mix all dry ingredients; add water and blend thoroughly. While stirring, heat over medium heat until mixture boils. Cook for 2 minutes. Add gallon of milk to pan; stir thoroughly and heat until steaming, stirring occasionally. Let cool and store in the gallon container the milk was in.
