Scandinavian Shrimp Salad

2 cups frozen baby shrimp, peeled3 tbsp fat free miracle whip5 tbsp fat free sour cream2 tbsp lemon juice2 tsp sweet paprika1 oz tomato paste1/4 cup fresh chopped dill
Thaw shrimp and set aside.
When the tomato paste is room temperature, whisk together with lemon juice, paprika, and miracle whip until smooth. Stir in sour cream.
Fold in shrimp and garnish with chopped dill weed.
Makes 4 1/2 cup servings.
