Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients
4 ounces of corkscrew pasta1/2 small zucchini1 oz provolone cheese, cubed1/2 c. chopped broccoli1/2 c. sweet red peppers, chopped1/2 c. green peppers, chopped1/2 small red onion, chopped3 tbsp Parmesan cheese3 tbsp sliced pitted ripe olives1/2 c. fat free Italian salad dressing1/2 tsp oregano
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions. Drain well. Place in a large bowl. Chop zucchini, peppers, broccoli, onion, provolone cheese and olives. Place in bowl. Add Parmesan cheese and salad dressing. Mix and chill. Add oregano right before serving. Serves 8.
