Ingredients
1 lb. 97% fat free ground turkey, browned1/2 cup onion, chopped1 can diced tomatoes1/2 cup green pepper, chopped2 tsp. minced garlic1 cup cooked brown rice (long grain)2 tsp. A1 sauce1/4 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together, except the cheese. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 more minutes. Makes 4 servings.
