Green Chili Stew

Ingredients
1 Lb Ground Beef1 cup green chili peppers3 large potatoes1 cup white onion
Directions
place all ingredients in a dutch oven and boil about 30 minutes turn heat down and simmer till potatoes are tender and kind of mushy, add seasonings such as garlic powder, a little salt, and pepper. I like to eat this when it is cold outside with a tortilla
