Chocolate Protein Smoothie (clean eating)

Ingredients
1 cup of Light Chocolate Soy Milk (can substitute chocolate skim milk)1 scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder (I use Lean Dessert Protein Shake Powder- Chocolate Fudge)1/4 Cup of Oatmeal1 tsp of Agave Nectar1 TBSP of Ground Flaxseed1 cup of Ice
Directions
Pour all ingredients into a blender. Blend until ice is finely chopped. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Makes approximately 2 1-cup servings.
