1/3 cup olive oil3 cloves garlic1 tbsp dried sage2 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper1/3 cup honey1/3 cup red wine vinegar1 lb boneless pork tenderloin
preheat oven to 375. rub pork with olive oil. cut three slits in top of pork. cut garlic in half and place inside the slits. mix dry ingredients and rub onto pork. combine honey and red wine vinegar and pour half the mixture over the pork. place in oven. don't cover and cook for 20 mins. then pour the rest of the mixture over pork and continue to cook uncovered for 40 mins.
