Honey Carrots

Ingredients
4 c. baby carrots2 Tbsp. Honey2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar (splenda)2 Tbsp. fat free margarine
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400 F. Heat honey, brown sugar, and margarine in sauce pan until melted. Add 4 cups baby carrots to oven proof casserole dish. Pour melted honey mixture over carrots. Cover casserole dish. Bake at 400 F for 60 minutes (less time for crunchier carrots)
