Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
Cream: 1C butter, 1Csugar, 1C brown sugarAdd: 2 eggs, 1tsp vanilla Mix together: 2C flour, 2.5C ground oatmeal 1/2 tsp salt, 1tsp baking soda, 1tsp baking powderAdd dry ingredients to wet ingredientsAdd 12 oz chocolate chips, 4oz ground chocolate chips
Directions
Roll into 45 gram balls, refrigerate until hard and bake on a cookie sheet on top rack of oven for 7-10 minutes. Take out when barely coagulated on top, cool on a rack. They will remain soft and delicious
