I've been trying to find a recipe like this! My husband loves fried apples, especially them from Craker Barrell, I'm going to try these on him! Thanks. - 9/28/09

Quick, easy and Yummy!!!!!The whole family loved it. I kept the skin on for extra fiber. Great alternative to Apple Pie. This would be good HOT with vanilla ice-cream. I doubled the recipe with apples I needed to use off my tree this is a keeper. Makes a yummy caramel sauce. - 9/20/09
