Jamie Oliver's easy fish pie

Mashed potatocarrotcelerycheddarlemon zest lemon juicehalf red chillismoked haddocksalmonprawnscreme fraichebutterparsley
Peel the kg of spuds and put on to boil for later mashing
Grate carrot, celery, cheese, Chop chilli and parsley all into the final cooking dish (a deep earthenware or roasting tin)
Add salt and pepper, lemon zest and 15g butter and 150g creme fraiche, add the fish and prawns chopped into bite size pieces. Add the lemon juice. Mix up well .
Mash the potato with butter and some more creme fraiche (if you choose) and spoon on top of fish mix.
Bake for 40 mins.
Serve with runner beans or salad.
