4 eggs1/2 cup whole wheat flour3 tsp. sugar1 tsp. salt4 tsp. melted butter3.5 cups 1% milk3 cups frozen corn kernels
Preheat oven to 375.
Grease a 3 quart casserole dish.
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add flour, sugar, salt and stir to blend. Mix in corn, melted butter and milk. Stir.
Pour mixture into prepared dish and place in lower rack of oven. Bake for 15 min. Stir. Bake 10 more minutes. Stir again. Move casserole to top rack and continue baking until a toothpick inserted in the center come out clean and the top is just beginning to brown, about 25 min.
