Roasted Pork with Blackberry Sauce

Ingredients
Ingredients:Pork Tenderloin, 24 oz (remove)Jams and preserves, sugar-free, .25 cup (remove)White Wine, 3 fl oz (remove)*Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 8 tsp (remove)Garlic, 3 clove (remove)*Soy Sauce, 1 tsp (remove)Orange Peel, 1 tsp (remove)Rosemary, .5 tsp (remove)
Directions
Place tenderloin in resealable plastic bag set in a shallow dish. In a bowl whisk together preserves, wine, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, mustard, garlic, soyu sauce 1 t. orange peel and rosemary. Marinate, refrigerated 2-5 hours turning occasionally.

Preheat oven to 425. Drain pork, reserving marinade. Place meat on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast 35-40 Minutes or until slightly pink in center (155).

Meanwhile for sauce, in small saucepan bring reserved marinade to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered 5 minutes. Slice pork; serve with ssauce. Top with orange peel
