Ingredients
5 Links JENNIE - O TURKEY STORE Hot Italian Sausage4 Large Large Ripe Tomatoes (3" dia) (Diced)1 Red Bell Pepper (diced)1 Green Bell Pepper (diced)1/2 tsp vegtable oil
Directions
Brown Turkey in large non stick sauce pan coated with 1/2 tsp of vegtabe oil. Remove turkey from pan and slice into 1/4" slices. Return to pan and continue to brown.

Add tomtoes and bell peppers. Tomatoes will release juices to become the base of the soup. Let simmer 10 to 15 minutes.

Makes 5 servings.
