Crawfish & Crab Corn Chowder

Ingredients
1/2 stick (4 T) margarine1 medium onion, chopped3 stalks celery, chopped2 tsp minced garlic6 cups chicken broth2 cans sweet corn, undrained1 can cream corn1/3 c flour1 1/2 T creole seasoning8 oz cooked crawfish tail meat1 can crab meat (6.5 oz) undrained1/4 cup skim milk1 cup fat free half and half
Directions
Saute onion, garlic, and celery in butter until soft, adding chicken stock as necessary to prevent over-browning. Add corn, cream corn, creole seasoning, and remaining chicken broth and bring to a boil. Mix 1/3 cup flour with half and half and milk and stir until smooth. Add to soup and stir until thickened. Simmer 15 minutes. Add crab meat and crawfish and simmer another 5 minutes. Makes about 8 two-cup servings.
