Greek Brown Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
1/4 cup - Ghee or Butter2 cups - Chicken Broth1-2 Tbsp - Lemon Juice1 cup - Brown or White Rice (long grain)
Directions
In a medium sauce pan melt ghee (or butter) over medium heat
Add rice and brown for 1 minute
Add liquids and bring to a boil
Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes

Makes four 1/2 cup servings
