Boneless, skinless Chicken breast (1/2 breast pieces)Orowheat 100% Whole Wheat sandwich thins (2)Spinach leaves (14)Sargento Reduced Fat Swiss (2 slices)Red Ripe Tomatoes (6 thin slices)
Grill up boneless, skinless chicken breast half. When done, slice to make two "patties." Place one breast piece on the bottom slice of an Orowheat sandwich thin; add a slice of cheese, 7 spinach leaves, and 3 tomato slices, place top of sandwich thin on top. Get to munchin! Makes 2 sandwiches. Add whatever condiments you desire (Horseradish mustard was really good).
