Ingredients
1 cup of vanilla soymilk1 ripe banana1/4 c honey 1/4 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp ginger (fresh grated if you can)1/4 tsp cardamon1/4 tsp allspicewith this recipe you can put in some chocolate chips or almonds if you want.
Directions
Take all ingredients and put into a blender or food processor and mix until blended. If you want to add almonds or chocolate chips mix them in now.
put into either Popsicle or a 1 quart air tight container
wait 2-3 hours or until hard.
makes either 8-2oz Popsicle or 4-4oz servings
