Sugar Free Strawberry Pie

1 frozen pie crust, baked1/2 cup Splenda2 tbsps fresh cornstarch1 cup diet lemon-lime soda1/2 pkg sugar-free strawberry gelatin (1/4 cup)1 tbsp lemon juice4 cups fresh strawberries cut in bite-size piecessugar-free Cool Whip for topping
Bake crust according to package directions.
Whisk together the Splenda, cornstarch, and lemon-lime soda in larger saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring often. Boil for one minute or until thick.
Remove from heat and add gelatin mix, stirring well. Set aside to cool.
Rinse, cap, and cut strawberries. Place in cooled crust. Spoon the filling over berries. Refrigerate until set, at least one hour.
Serve set pie topped with sugar free Cool Whip.
