Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 small onion, sliced1 can Campbell's 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup1 tbsp garlic, minced1/2 cup water1 tsp black pepper12 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced1 tbsp worcestershire sauce (or more to your taste)1 beef bouillion cube1/2 cup milk1 tbsp whole wheat flour16 oz fat free breakstone's sour cream
Directions
In a slow cooker add the following:

chicken
onion
mushrooms
mushroom soup
pepper
worcestershire sauce
bouillion cube
garlic
water
In a small cup add the 1/2 cup milk and 1 tbsp flour; mix and pour over ingredients.

cover and cook for 7 hours on low.

After 7 hours add sour cream and continue to cook for one hour extra

Serve over whole wheat pasta (not included in nutritiona values)

1 serving = 1 average sized soup ladel
