Butterscotch Rice Krispie Squares with Sunflower Seeds

Ingredients
1/4 cup hard margarine6 cups mini marshmallows8 cups rice krispies cereal1 cup butterscotch chips1 cup sunflower seeds
Directions
Melt margarine in large pyrex or glass bowl in microwave. Meanwhile, combine cereal, butterscotch chips and sunflower seeds in large bowl. Add marshmallows to margarine and stir to coat with margarine. Melt in microwave (1 minute, then stir, then 1/2 minute more). Stir in vanilla. Pour melted marshmallows over cereal mixture. Stir to coat all cereal with marshmallow. Press into to sprayed 9x13 pan. Cut into 32 squares. 1 serving = 1 square.
