Pork Tenderloin with Cabbage, Apples and Vidalia Onion Dressing

1 lb pork tenderloin whole1 large apple peeled and sliced thinly3 cups red cabbage chopped in thin slices6 T Tastefully Simple Vidalia Onion Dressing
Layer in crock pot:
- Cabbage mixed with Vidalia Onion dressing
- Apples along sides leaving opening in center
- Place pork tenderloin in center
Put crock pot on low and cook at least 8 hours.
You can put in crock pot in the AM very quickly and have a yummy dinner when you get home.
I don't season with salt because of health issues, but if you want to add additional salt/pepper for seasoning, that is fine.
