Ingredients:Pork Tenderloin, 6 oz Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) - Chopped*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 2 clove - chopped*Jasmin Rice uncooked, .75 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1.25 cup Tomato juice, without salt added, .5 cup *La Banderita Soft Taco Shell, 6 serving Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, .5 cupChipolte seasoning to taste
-Cube the pork small
-Fry onion, red peppers, garlic and pork
- Add tomato juice and chipolte seasoning and simmer
-Add corn let simmer to heat
- Put rice and chicken broth in rice cooker to cook
- Load your soft taco shells up and enjoy
