Ingredients
half cup sugarhalf cup flour1 tsp vanilla extract3 tbsp baking cocoa1 cup water2 large eggs
Directions
Mix eggs, sugar, flour, cocoa and water together with mixer until smooth. Add in vanilla mix until thick. Pour into 8x5x2 pan and bake in oven at 350 for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Makes 9 servings.

    If you change the sugar to Splenda you will drastically cut the carbs, sugar, and calories. Also, I've been told to use half milled flax seed with half almond flour in place of regular white flour. Both of these with improve this recipe to make it low carb, low cal, and sugar free! - 10/23/07
