Greek Garbanzo Salas

Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4")Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced Olive Oil, 2 tbsp *Heinz Red Wine Vinegar, 2 tbsp *Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 3 tsp Garlic, 2 clove *Mixed Salad Greens, 2 cup *Fat Free Feta Cheese - President brand, 2 oz Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1.5 cup
Directions
1. In a large bowl combine garbanzo beens, omato, cucumber, sweet pepper, and red onion.

2. In a small bowl shisk together oil, red win vinegar, lemon juice, and garlic. Pour over garbanzo bean mixture; toss to coat. Cover and chill from 4 to 24 hours.

3. Stir in feta cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over mixed greens. Makes 4 (1 2/3 cup) servings.
