WINE DIVA Italian Sausage and Peppers

Ingredients
1 TBS Olive oil1 lb each sweet (not mild) and hot Italian Turkey sausage2 Small cans Tomato Paste 3 each Red & Green Bell Peppers, cut into strips1 each Yellow and Orange Bell Peppers, cut into strips3 Sweet Onions, sliced into strips1/4 C jalepeno peppers diced5-6 TBS Franks Red Hot4 TBS Organic raw sugar ( do not use artificial sweeteners)Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Saute onions and peppers with olive oil until tender, add sausages and cook until brown and throughout. Add tomato paste and sugar, stir well add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10-15 mins.

Serve with brown rice, couscous, quinoa...or alone
