Red Chicken Broccoli Pasta

Ingredients
2 T. Olive Oil1 Box of Whole Grain Wheat Pasta1.5 Chicken Breasts, diced1 pkg. Frozen Broccoli1 15 oz. can of tomato sauce1 15 oz. can of petite diced tomatoesRed Pepper to taste (around 1/4 tsp)6 T. Parmesan Cheese (if desired)
Directions
Dice up uncooked chicken. Start cooking pasta, (add salt if preferred.) In a separate pot, add oil and chicken. Stir on med heat until meat is no longer pink. Add in broccoli. Cover and let simmer until broccoli is no longer hard. Add in tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cover and cook until broccoli is as tender as you want it. Serve over Pasta. Sprinkle 1 T. of Parmesan Cheese if desired (add. 22 cal.)
