CURRY MAHI MAHI

Ingredients
6 oz yogurt3 T curry3 shallots12 oz mahi mahi1 T olive oil
Directions
Heat oven 350 deg. Put ovenproof pan in oven. Sprinkle Fish with 1/2 curry powder. Put oil in nonstick pan on medium high heat. Put fish in hot pan top down for about 5 mins. (until fish has a nice crust). Turn fish over and put fish in oven on hot pan. Saute shallot in nonstick pan with remaining oil, add the rest of the curry and and let brown a little. Add yogurt and let simmer until warm. Take fish out of oven when done and flakes. Serve with sauce on top.
