So much simmering made very little soup, next time I will add water and simmer for little less time! The taste was great, I loved it! - 11/2/09

Great! I did add just a little water to it to make it a little more like a soup. Really liked the flavor. - 11/2/09

My family enjoyed this very much, but found it to be a little to expensive for serving on a regular basis. As others said, the amount this recipe makes is really small. I doubled the recipe and still had to make it soupier than I wanted to have enough for the family. - 6/17/10
