Beef Stroganoff

1 lb. Beef tenderloin1 1/2 C. whole wheat noodles1 Can sliced mushrooms1/3 C. chopped onions2 tsp. olive oil2 Tbls. whole wheat flour1 10.5 oz. can beef broth
Cook pasta. Cut meat into 1 x 1/2" pieces. Spray a lg. skillet with pam. Heat skillet over med.-high heat until hot. Add beef and stir-fry 3-5 minutes until outside surfaace is no longer pink. Remove from skillet.
In same skillet, add olive oil and heat until hot. Add the onions and mushrooms and cook until temder, about 2-3 mins.
Stir in flour. Gradually add 1 cup beef broth, stirring until blended. Bring to boil. Cook and stir 2 mins. Return beef to skillet and heat through.
Dump the meat mixture into noodles.
