Ingredients
1.5 pounds of chicken tenders4 cups crushed Corn Flakes cereal1 cup Fat-Free Italian Dressing
Directions
Marinate chicken pieces in dressing for 1 hour or longer in Italian dressing. Dip and press chicken pieces in corn flakes. Bake on sprayed cookie sheet @ 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Check for doneness.
