Broccoli & Cauliflower Pie

Ingredients
500g Frozen Broccolli & Califlower, cooked and chopped4 eggs1 cup flour2.5 cups non fat milk1.5 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook Vegetables according to packet instrictions. Chop and place in a lighly greased pyrex dish. Combine eggs, flour and milk. Beat until well combined. Stir in cheese.
Pour gently over vegetables and bake in 180C oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
