Greek Style Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef1 package chopped spinach1 medium zucchini, grated1 small onion, chopped1/2 cup bulgur1 egg1/2 teaspoon oregano1/2 teaspoon saltFresh ground pepper3 red bell peppers2 cans low sodium stewed tomatoes1/3 cup provolone
Directions
Mix all except peppers, tomatoes and cheese. Stuff peppers and then cover with tomatoes. Then sprinkle provolone or if you prefer feta cheese (more authentic). Cover with foil and bake 30 min and then 25 more without foil.
