Ingredients
Joseph's flax,oat bran&whole wheat lavash rollups, 1 serving pizza sause, 0.25 cup Yves meatless pepperoni, 0.5 serving Onions, raw, .13 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 tbsp*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 tbsp Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slices Kraft 2% mozzarella, 0.25 cup
Directions
Place lavash on small foil covered cookie sheet
(If you like a crispy crust I suggest you toast the lacash frist in a toaster oven)
Spread sauce over lavash
Cover sause with topping
Cover topping with cheese
Place under broiler for 5-10 min. until cheese is melted
Remove and enjoy
Make 1 ample serving
