Soy Oat Nut Waffles

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups water1 1/2 cups rolled oats1 Tbs olive oil1 cup soaked soybeans1/4 cup Raw Almonds1 tsp salt
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until pureed.

Pour onto hot waffle iron and bake 10 min. (time varies with waffle irons)

Makes 5 small round waffles

Hint: soak up batch of dry soybeans and freeze 1 cup portions.
