Hummus with Roasted Red Pepper and Scallion

Ingredients
Two 15oz cans of chick peas, drained1/2 cup roasted red peppers1/2 cup chopped scallions3 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp tahini1/4 cup lemon juicedash of salt
Directions
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until fairly smooth, let cool in refrigerator and serve.

One serving = 2 tbsp
