Ed's Italian Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup red wine3 small carrots3 small stalks of celery2 medium onions4 cloves of garlic2 Tbs Italian herbs2 Tbs olive oil1 can tomato paste12 cups whole peeled tomatoes with tomato juice
Directions
Makes 15 servings of 1 cup

Dice onions, carrots, celery, garlic and cook with the olive oil at medium heat for 12 minutes. Add the tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes with juice, wine, herbs and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes.
