Crust Free Protien Pumpkin Pie

4 egg whites and 1 whole egg blended15 oz can pure pumpkin (2 cups fresh)7 packetts of Truvia1/3 c. packed brown sugar1 tbsp salt3 tbsp Vanilla2 tbsp cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg3 tbsp whole ground whole oats1 c. Cottage Cheese(blended smooth) OR 1 Block of Silken Tofu (soft)4 scoops whey protien (body fortress)
1. Mix all dry ingredients, Mix all wet ingredients in a large bowl. Then add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and use beaters to mix for 3 minuts or until well mixed
3. Spray a 9-inch pan with cooking spray.
Pour batter into cupcake pan (about 1/2 cup in each).
4. Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes
or until knife inserted 1 inch from the center
comes out clean.
**Keep pie chilled after cooking.
