Sweet Chilli Chicken

Ingredients
100 grams Chicken Breast, no skin1 clove garlic2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce1 tbsp Parsley, dried1/2 cup cooked rice
Directions
Marinate chicken with chilli sauce, garlic and parsley for at least 1/2 hr. Spray a non stick pan with Canola Oil Spray and fry chicken for approx 15 mins-20 mins depending on thickness of chicken. Serve with boiled/steamed rice and brocoli or other green vegetable.
