Learner's comments ---- I modified slightly using Morton light salt and canola oil - Very nice, maybe a little thinner than some recipes I've been trying. It would probably helpful to a lot of us to know your estimate of how much how water you usually use. - 6/18/14

I have lived in Japan long enough to remember when there were no tortillas to be found for love or money, so I remembered by taught how to make tortillas by a Chicana at a group house where I worked. I taught my two sons how to help make them when they were 5 and 6 years. Very satisfying. - 10/1/11
