1 lb Chicken Thighs Skinless & Boneless1 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning (Adams)1 tsp Roasted Garlic Sea Salt & Parsley (Spice Island)1 tsp Pepper Fresh Ground Peppercorns (Spice Island)
I prefer boneless and skinless chicken thighs for moisture. May of course use skinless/ boneless chicken breasts. Mix seasonings then place chicken in plastic food storage bag shake to coat chicken. Heat gas grill until hot, I try for 450 degrees or over white coals if using charcoal. Before placing grill grate over open flame or coals lightly spray clean grill with cooking spray. Simply place chicken on grill, close lid for smoke flavor and cook each side about 5 minutes or until chicken is done. Do not overcook for tenderness and mositure of chicken. For added taste & quality try free range chicken. For extra grilled flavor can use soaked wood chips in goals or in chip box for gas grill. Whole shelled pecans also are excellent for adding smoked flavor.
