Yellow Squash (Steamed)

Ingredients
1 lb Yellow Squash sliced 1/4 inch thick1 medium yellow onion sliced vertically1 tsp fresh ground pepper1 tsp sea salt, ground1 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin, cold pressed
Directions
Slice squash into 1/4 thick slices. Slice onions length wise from top of bulb to bottom, across in rings. Add squash, onions oil and seasonings into food bag shake to coat. Steam about 5 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 8 oz servings.
