9 cups rice chex1 cup semisweet chocolate chips1/2 cup reduced fat peanut butter1/4 cup butter1 tsp vanilla1/4 cup powdered sugar.
mix chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter in pan and mix on low until melted, use a big pan.
turn off heat when melted and stir in vanilla.
add rice chex and mix well.
spread on wax paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
when cool pack up in little serving bags and put in the refrigerator.
