Directions
1. combine 3/4 cup brown sugar (save 1/4 cup for later), pumpkin, applesauce, and egg white. mix WELL
2. combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt and nutmeg in another bowl.
3. gradually add in flour mixture, mix well
4. pour into muffin/cupcake pan that is either lined with paper cups or sprayed with pam
5. sprinkle remained brown sugar on top of muffins
6. cook for 25-30 min at 350 degrees or until golden brown on top/toothpick comes out clean
