Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
2 Large Eggs1/2 cup of white sugar1/2 cup of packed brown sugar1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup of olive oil3/4 cup of canned pumpkin1 1/2 cups of white flour1 T. of cinnamon1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. salt 3/4 cup of chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, applesauce, oil and pumpkin. Beat thoroughly. Mix together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to pumpkin mixture and mix until smooth. Fill paper muffin cups or greased muffin tin 2/3 full and sprinkle tops with brown sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes about 12 large or 16 normal.
