Ingredients
tsp oil to brown meat1 chicken breast per person3 cloves garlic per personcup stock per person0.5 glass dry white wine per personherbs to taste - i prefer 1tsp sagepepper to taste(salt is not needed due to the stock)For four people i recommend 4 breasts, ~10 cloves garlic ,a pint of stock and a large glass of white wine (dry)
Directions
Heat the oil in hte pan and lightly brown the whole cloves of garlic. Lift them out with a slotted spoon and add the chicken breasts, seal the meat so that no pink is showing. Throw the garlic back in. Add the chicken stock (you can use stock cubes or home made stock) and the wine. Add herbs as you see fit - i find that sage is a really good taste here and add a tsp of dried sage leaves lightly crushed.

Simmer for about 20 minutes in a covered pan. Take the lid off for the last 10 minutes to let the liquid reduce a little.

I like to serve this with brown rice.

This is such an easy recipe and requires no management, you can start it off and go do other things.
